我不懂什么是好吃的食物
但我爱品尝食物
品尝一切因感恩而变得美味的食物
只因那颗会跳动的心

我不懂拍照的技巧
但我爱拍照
拍下生命中令人感动的每一刻
只因那颗会跳动的心

我不懂演戏的学问
但我爱演戏
演出你我他的故事
只因那颗会跳动的心

我不懂坚强活着最终能得到什么
但我爱努力活着的感觉
活出生命的价值     生命的意义     生命的故事
只因那颗会跳动的心

我不懂爱为何物
但我爱你
爱你的好     你的坏     我们的共识     我们的不合
只因那颗会跳动的心

我不懂何谓有心
但我会好好保护它
只因那是颗会跳动的心
每一次的跳动都是向生活前进的力量

We only love ourself, not others.

Perhaps u will say:"I love my children, my husband/wife, my boy/girl friend, I love this, I love that..."
But do u really think that u love them?

NO! I f u love them, then why when they are out of your expectations, when they do not follow your plan, u will get angry? Why when they stop loving u, stop to be good on u, then u also stop loving them?

Because it is true that except for yourself, u don't love anyone.
Realizing this fact is the first step to end your misery in this world.
